Returns & Exchanges

At ERIK’S Bike Board & Ski, we want you to love your gear; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached to qualify.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and print a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included, then secure the box with heavy-duty tape.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or bring it to your local ERIK’S retail store.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
